You will be responsible for all damage to or loss of the hire item during the period of hire up to the replacement cost of the hire item if stolen (general wear and tear is excluded)

Our hire equipment is not insured whilst out of our locked premises.

Full payment is required before taking the hire and a passport / credit card number and signature of authorisation must be left for the duration of the hire plus 200 euros cash per item.

Hirers are responsible for their own safety whilst using the equipment hired to them by enjoy oisans. We advise that a helmet is worn at all times for cycling and skiing / snowboarding

Although every care is taken to ensure that the equipment is in full working order, parts are liable to malfunction at any time.

You are welcome to bring your own equipment such as pedals but please specify this at time of booking.
